Determination of phthalate plasticizers in mulch by microwave assisted extraction-gas chromatography

A method was established for the determination of 6 phthalate plasticizers in mulch by microwave extraction-gas chromatography.Palmitic acid was eliminated, which was often used as softener and affected the separation of phthalate plasticizers.Samples were extracted by microwave extraction with acetone as the solvent, and the extraction conditions were optimized by single factor and orthogonal analysis.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients were over 0.999 in the range of 3.0²00.0mg /L, the recoveries were 97.2% ¹04.8%, the relative standard deviations were 0.51% ².35%, and the detection limits were 0.15⁰.60mg·kg- 1.This method was simple, sensitive and repeatable, which was suitable for the determination of phthalate plasticizers in mulch.
