  • Pumpkin is plants of the genus Cucurbita in the gourd family, is a kind of medicinal and edible plant, not only rich in nutrients, but also contains a variety of bioactive substances.This paper reviewed the pumpkin functional substances and anti- cancer, auxiliary hypoglycemic health functions, developing status and pumpkin products, in order to provide the reference deeper development and utilization of pumpkin.
