Preliminary study on cell wall degrading enzyme producing conditions and pathogenic mechanism of Penicillium

  • Penicillium pathogen of hami melon was the studying object and the effects of culture time, temperature, pH values, carbon source and nitrogen source were studied with single factor experiments, then production conditions of cell wall degrading enzymes were optimized by the orthogonal test. Types and optimal production condition of cell wall degrading enzymes of Penicillium pathogen were studied in this experiment, and for the further study of penicillium pathogenic role of the pathogenic bacteria cell wall degradation enzymes on hami melon production laid a certain foundation. Results showed that activities of cell wall degrading enzymes were different under different carbon source and different nitrogen sources conditions.Different conditions of the activity of PGTE and PMTE were at low level in vitro culture. pathogen Cx best optimization conditions for enzyme production, training time as 4d, the medium initial pH6.5, carbon source concentration was 1.5%, the nitrogen source concentration was 1.0%, The best optimization under the condition of Cx enzyme activity was 358.12U/mg.
