  • Cololabis saira is one of the most important commercial fish species and is widely distributed in the North Pacific Ocean. It is recently that mainland China has begun research and development into Cololabis saira. The nutrients content, amino acid composition, fatty acid composition, storage and processing of Cololabis saira muscle and comprehensive utilization of its by-products at home and abroad were investigated in order to provide reference for developing utilization of Cololabis saira products.
