  • The principles of classification and six functional classifications of functional beverages were introduced.The effect of functional factors of functional beverages and its applications were reviewed comprehensively, and the detection methods of function factor were discussed, development of functional beverages and functional factors detection prospect were summarized.Moreover, the development of functional beverage and the detection methods of functional beverages were predicted.
