Application of low-field nuclear magnetic resonance technique in food safety analysis and detection

  • Samples were detected qualitatively or quantitatively with hdrogen proton relaxation time by Low- Field nuclear magnetic resonance technique.It has been applied primary in food safety analysis and detection with its non- destructive, quick and accurate characteristics. It is elaborated on moisture testing, microbial detection quickly, identification in food safety for promoting application and research of LF-NMR in food safety field widely.
