Extraction of total flavones from Loquat kernel by accelerated solvent extraction

  • In This paper, Acceletrated Solvent Extraction (ASE) technology was used to extraction of total flavonoid from Loquat kernel.Rate of extracts of total flavonoid as an index, samples determined by Spectrophotometer was used as the evaluation indexes.Orthogonal experiment design was adopted to optimize the method for extraction of total flavonoid by ASE technology from Loquat kernel.The result showed that the optimum conditions of extraction were as followed: 40% alcohol, 80℃ for three times at 15min.The extraction yield of total flavonoid was 2.07%.
