Progress of immunoregulation effect of Astragalus polysaccharides

  • Objective: To study the characters of anti-thermo, anti-acid and anti-alkaline, drug resistance of different Enterobacter sakazakii isolated from food, and to guide the safety of food production and consumption. Methods: The survival situation of the strains under different high temperature, acid or alkaline environment was detected by plating method. The antibiotic susceptibility of the strains was evaluated by disk diffusion technique recommended by the National Committee of Clinical laboratory Standard. Results: Nine strains were all died after treated at 60℃ for 5min and on condition of pH1.0, pH13.0 and pH1.5 for 90s.Nine strains exhibit 2 drug resistance patterns, all of them were resistant to Vancomycin, Oxaxillin and Benzylpenicillin. At the same time, all of them are susceptible to 14 antibiotics, such as Amoxycillin /Clavulanate.Conclusion: The tolerance was different between the strains, appropriate methods should be taken to prevent the contamination of Enterobacter sakazakii effectively.
