Optimization of process in extracting crude polysaccharide assisted by microwave from the seed and peels dregs of hippophae

  • The best extracting process of crude polysaccharide assisted by microwave from the seed and peels dregs of hippophae Seabuckthorn was studied.The factors and levels impacting the extraction of crude polysaccharide assisted by microwave were determined by the single factor experiments, and the best extraction technology of crude polysaccharide was obtained by using the orthogonal test as followed: microwave power was 600W, microwave time was 5min each time, microwave times was twice, extracting temperature was 80℃, extracting time was 3h, solid-to-liquid ratio was 1 ∶10, under these conditions, the highest crude polysaccharide yield was 1.892%.
