Study on response surface methodology for hot water extraction of polysaccharide from Dictyophora

  • Dictyophora rubrovolvata as row material was used for extraction polysaccharide with hot water.Single factor test based on the response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process.A quadratic polynomial model relating the influencing factors and the yield were established through the Box-Behnken design, and the optimal conditions were:3.5h of extraction time, 75℃of extraction temperature, 1∶31 of ratio of material to liquid, and extraction times 2.The yield of 12.05% was obtained by the verification experiment.
