Abstract

On Tongren City area within random extraction of 33 groups of tea and processing products for research, according to related national standard implementation test established database , that would test results and green tea of national standards and Guizhou local standard for comparison and analysis, came Tongren green tea of water 3.65% , and powder 0.078% , and total ash 5.19% , and water dip out property 42.59% , and CF 8.57% , and lead 0.58g/kg the indicators were far over national standards and Guizhou local standard of conclusions, positioning of Tongren green tea quality, provided data for the development of Tongren green standards.
