Research progress in nondestructive detection of poultry products quality based on hyperspectral imaging

  • As an emerging nondestructive detection technology, hyperspectral imaging technology for poultry product quality has become one of research hotspots.This paper started with the basic principle of this technology, then the research status and existing problems in poultry product quality detection using hyperspectral imaging at home and abroad were summarized and analyzed.The detection of contamination on poultry carcass, chicken skin tumors and early embryonic development in hatching eggs were mainly discussed.Finally, the development direction of future research in poultry product quality was proposed for researchers on the related study.
