Study on microbial deodorization treatment of tilapia processing wastewater

  • Hainan tilapia processing wastewater was treated with Aspergillus oryzae, Bacillus subtilis and biological deodorant. The experiment process had investigated the protein residues, the content of TVB -N and the change of pH value in the deodorization process. Results showed that, the wastewater’s odor treated by Bacillus subtilis with adding 3% of glucose was the least, the content of protein in wastewater reduced from 4.5g/100mL of control group to 0.8g/100mL, the content of TVB-N reduced from 0.91g/100mL of control group to 0.04g/100mL after treatment with the decline rate of 95% . A new way for the tilapia processing waster treatment and resource was explored.
