Detection method and control strategy of plasticizer in Chinese liquor

  • Chinese liquor, which is unique in the world, is a kind of distilled liquor and has the high alcohol content. After storage for a period of time, it has complex fragrant smell containing the ester mainly. It is very popular in China and the total sales amount has been exceeded 2000 trillion. Chinese liquor is not only a kind of alcoholic drinks products, but also a kind of wine cultural inheritance. However, the event of plasticizer in Chinese liquor clouded the liquor-making industry. This paper summarized that the problems of plasticizer in Chinese liquor, and summarized detection methods and emerging reasons. Besides, some ideas about how to control it effectively were raised.
