Study on scavenging and disconnecting effect of Nitrosation Reaction by extracts of Acanthopanax trifoliatus (Arallaceae) Tea

  • The purpose of this paper was to investigate the effect of Acanthopanax trifoliatus Tea bud extraction to scavenging nitrite and inhibiting the formation of N-nitrosodimethylamin (NDMA) in vitro. The active substance from Acanthopanax trifoliatus Tea was extracted through different solvents such as distilled water, 50% ethanol and 50% methanol. The optimum extraction conditions were obtained by L9 (34) orthogonal test:the ratio (g:mL) of solid to solution was 1:25, the extraction was proceeded for 2h used refluxing. Under those conditions, the maximum capacity of scavenging effect to sodium nitrite was 75. 04%, the maximum capacity of inhibition the N-dimethyl nitrosamine was 88. 65%. And the inhibition capability of extract to nitrosamine ethylamine and scavenging sodium nitrite capability was compared.
