  • Tea saponin is a pure non-ionic surfactants that has many surfactivities, such as emulsification, decentralization etc.And also, it has various biological activities, such as antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and so.It is widely used in daily chemical industry, pesticide, medicine, food and other fields.Advances in studies on the structure, extraction and application of tea saponin were reviewed and provided the reference for the comprehensive utilization of Camellia oleifera seed.
