Study on batch fermentation kinetics of lipase producing strain marine yeast Bohaisea-9145

  • In order to investigate the mechanism of fermentation and guide the fermentation process design, the batch fermentation method of marine yeast Bohaisea-9145 had been studied.The strain producing lipase was isolated from the Bohai Sea marine mud.The marine yeast fermentation type was non-associated with growth.The best oxygen dissolution concentration was 30%±2%.The cell growth rate was the maximum when the growth-limiting nutrients glucose reached 2.2772g/L.The marine yeast growth and lipase production kinetic model were established through the mathematical derivation and batch fermentation results.
