Fermentation optimization of alkaline lipase produced by the pseudomonas BL11

  • The optimal culture medium and culture conditions of alkiline lipase produced by the pseudomonas BL11 was studied by single-factor experiment and uniform design.The optimized medium was maltose 2.5%, peptone 3.0%, soybean oil 0.5%, K2HPO4 0.2% and the optimized culture conditions was initial pH7.5, medium volume 40mL/250mL flask, culture temperature 33℃, rotatiaon rate 180r/min.The highest enzyme activity was 223U/mL after 60h.
