Study on technological of synthetic efficiency of luteolin and stannum (Ⅱ) coordination compound

  • To investigate the optimal conditions of the chemical reaction between luteolin and Stannum (Ⅱ) for luteolin- Stannum (Ⅱ) complex, and to prepare the complex for the activity of further research.With the highest yield of the complex in ethanol solution through the determination of absorbance for index, on the basis of single factor experiment, orthogonal method was used to obtain the optimal conditions.The pH of the reaction solution, molar ratio of the raw materials, temperature and reaction time of the reaction in absolute ethyl alcohol solution were inspected, the UV-Vis spectroscopy of the complex was also studied.The results showed that the maximum yield of luteolin and Stannum (Ⅱ) complex was found at the conditions of pH4.5, molar ratio of 1∶2.5 (luteolin and stannous chloride) , temperature 35℃ and 5h of reaction time.The remarkable impact factor to the complex synthesis was the pH of reaction solution, secondly factor was reaction time, the molar ratio of raw material and temperature was the least.The yield was 75.14% at the optimal conditions.
