HPLC method for the uncertainty of vitamin A determination in infant’s milk

  • To base on GB 5413.9-2010, the vitamin A content in infant’s milk was determined.By the analysis of the source of uncertainty during the entire determination process, the individual uncertainty was evaluated, and finally calculates synthetic standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. The results showed that the vitamin A content in the sample was 15.013μg/g, and the expanded uncertainty was 1.496μg/g.The individual uncertainty showed that the standard curve fitting made the greatest contribution to the combined standard uncertainty. So, the standard curve fitting process would be controled to ensure the accuracy of the results.
