Rapid determination of aflatoxin and zearalenone in edible oil by high performance liquid chromatography with immunoaffinity column clean-up

  • Rapid determination of aflatoxin and zearalenone in edible oil by high performance liquid chromatography with immunoaffinity column clean-up was developed.The limit of quantification of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 was 0.1μg/kg, the limit of quantification of zearalenone was 5.0μg/kg, the relative standard deviations was below 10.4%.Recoveries of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, G2 and zearalenone spiked to samples were between 82.0%95.5%.High performance liquid chromatography with immunoaffinity column clean-up was a rapid, simple and exact method, it could be used for rapid determination of aflatoxin and zearalenone in edible oil.
