In this article, the current situation of roasted seeds and nuts quality and safety in our country was introduced. The situation of safety management for roasted seeds and nuts was deeply analyzed in the following aspects:the legal system of roasted seeds and nuts quality and safety, the institution of roasted seeds and nuts quality and safety management, the industry association and the construction of standard system. The suggestion that the management of roasted seeds and nuts quality and safety should be strengthened is also advanced in this article.
