Separation and purification of total flavonoids from Exocarpium citri Grandis

  • Taking the absorbability and desorption properties as parameters, the purifying conditions of total flavonoids from Exocarpium citri Grandis by macroporous resins, compared with five types of macroporous resins was investigated.The result showed that D-312 macroporous resins was the best one.The optimal adsorption process conditions were as follows:pH4, 1.0mL/min adsorption velocity.Besides, the best desorption conditions:pH7, 1.0mL/min desorption velocity of flow, concentration of desorption soluntion 80%.The purity of general flavonoids extracted from Exocarpium citri Grandis was raised from 14.16% to 53.5%.
