Screening and identifying Lactobionic Acid producing bacteria strain

  • Lactobionic Acid has good function characteristics.Through enrichment, 201 strains were isolated and 29 suspect Lactobionic Acid producing bacteria strains were screened through x-gal, EMB and instruction plate medium.Then 5 suspect Lactobionic Acid producing strains were got by using TLC qualitative identification.Finally a good Lactobionic Acid producing strain No.20 was obtained through HPLC.The production of Lactobionic Acid was 127.65g/L and conversion ratio was 85.10%.Through physiology and biochemistry identification and 16SrDNA molecular identification, the strain was Raoultella terrigena.
