Application and detection of yeast β-glucan in milk

  • Yeast β-glucan was added in the milk, and the content of yeast β-glucan was measured by HPLC, the concentration of hydrochloric acid for hydrolysis then was determined, at last the precision and recovery of the test was investigated.The results showed that the concentration of hydrochloric acid for hydrolysis was much more appropriate in 1.0mol/L.The RSD value of precision test was 4.64%.The average recovery value was between 96.39% ~97.22% and the RSD value was between 2.51% ~5.38%, which showed the detection method was feasible.
