Fermentation medium optimization of lipase produced by the self-immobilization of Rhizopus arrhizus

  • The medium of lipase produced by the self-immobilization of Rhizopus arrhizus N-103 was studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments.The optimum medium consisted of:peanut oil 5ml/L, bran polysaccharide hydrolyzate 75mL/L, cottonseed protein 15g/L, (NH 4) 2 SO 4 2g/L, MgSO 4 1g/L, K 2 HPO 4 2.5g/L.The highest lipase activity 100U/mL was achieved in flask culture in the optimum medium, which was 1.33 times as much as the control group.
