  • Carbohydrates of raw milk and milk products have significant nutritional value for human body.Adulteration, however, that is a common phenomenon at present.This review mainly focused on detection technology of the real and adulterated carbohydrates in raw milk and milk products, in order to provide theoretical guidances on quality control and adulteration detection of carbohydrates in raw milk and milk products.
