Study on the optimum fermentation conditions of Aspergillus niger C-15 for the production of naringinase

  • The fermentation conditions for Aspergillus niger C15 naringinase production were optimalized by orthogonal experiment. The experimental result indicated that the best fermentation conditions was as follows:2% citrus peel meal and 6% soybean meal, 30mL culture media in 250mL beaker flask, 3% inoculation amount, initial pH 5, incubation temperature 30℃, time 100h.Under these optimized conditions, the yielding capacity of naringinase by the mutant was 1395.9U/mL, which was increased by 8.6% compared with the initial level (1285.6U/mL) .Proper quantity of K2HPO4 and MgSO4 could improve naringinase production, CuSO4, FeSO4 were bad for producing enzyme.
