Study on condition optimization of conjugated linoleic acid bioconversion by Lactobacillus plantarum ZS2058

  • The converted condition of LA to CLA by using Lactobacillus plantarum ZS2058, which was screened from the Chinese traditional fermented vegetable, was studied.According to the production of CLA, bioconversion of CLA by resting cells of L.plantarum ZS2058 in 1mL potassium phosphate buffer system was optimized.Through the single factor experiment and response surface analysis, 374μg/mL of c9, t11-CLA was obtained under the reaction condition as follows:0.8mg/mL LA solution, 4×1010cfu/mL cell mass, optimal temperature 37℃ and the optimal pH value 6.7, and the conversion ratio of c9, t11-CLA was 46.78%, which was valuable for producing CLA efficiently and studying its physiological function.
