Abstract

The degradation efficiency of 8 kinds of pesticide residue contained in vegebable were studied by using ozone in water.And the influence on ozone treatment on the vegetable was compared too.The result showed that ozone could effectively decline the residues of pyrethroids.And when the optimal processing time was 7min, the ozone treatment had significant degradation effect on high concentration of pesticide residues which reached more than 30%, and effect of ozone degradation of pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables related to the types of pesticides and degree of contamination.
