Abstract
A method for rapid detection strip of furaltadone metabolite (AMOZ) by gold immunochromatographic assay was developed. Steps were involved in the process of the preparation of the strip, including colloidal gold markers of preparation and freeze into microporous reagents, sample absorption cushion and the reaction film preparation, installation of the strip. The results showed that the detection limit was 1.0μg/kg in animal tissue, and the test time was short. The strip had good specificity. The false positive rate was less than 5%, and the false negative rate was 0. The colloidal gold strip was applied for rapid detection and screening of AMOZ residues in animal tissue.
