Study on extraction of buddleia yellow from Buddleja officinalis Maxim with ultrasound-assisted synergism ethanol-dipotassium phosphate two-phase

  • The buddleia yellow in flowers of Buddleja officinalis Maxim was extracted with ethanol-dipotassium phosphate two-phase system synergism ultrasound-assisted extraction technology. The effect of ultrasound power, extraction time and ethanol concentration on the yield of buddleia yellow were studied by using orthogonal tests. The results showed that significant order of factors affecting the extraction rate was ethanol concentration>ultrasonic power>ultrasonic time. The best extraction conditions as follows:ethanol concentration was 50%, ultrasonic extraction time was 20min and ultrasonic power was 500W.Under the optimum conditions, the extraction rate of buddleia yellow was 27.11%.
