  • A quadratic orthogonal rotating combination design was employed to optimize the Box-MAP storage condition of waxberry.The result showed that, 12%O2+6%CO2 was the best condition in which inhibited respiration rate and cell membrane lipid peroxidation of waxberries were restrained, and the physiological quality was kept well in 20 days.
