  • Ilex kudincha is as a traditional type of healthy drink with rich bioactive substances and various biologic functions.In this thesis, the recent progresses in the research on the extraction, separation, purification, primary structure, some physicochemical properties and some biological activities of the polysaccharides from Ilex kudincha were summarized.Its research direction and application prospects were described, which will offer practical guidance for further processing of polysaccharides and comprehensive development and utilization of Ilex kudincha.
