  • Microbial pathogens infections does not only influence the safety of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, but also damage human being's health.In this paper, the research progress of species, sources, incidence, growth characteristics and influence factors of microbial pathogens on fresh produce-fresh-cut fruits and vegetables were reviewed, in addition, the research of biological control measures on microbial pathogens were introduced.
