Study on liquid fermentation with Grifola frondosa in the medium contained partial rice bran for Se-polysaccharides

  • Using rice bran efficiently to prepare the Se-polysaccharides health foods on liquid fermentation, the bio-sorption of selenium on liquid fermentation by the Grifola frondosa was tested in the medium with rice bran. The optimal Se-adding was selected as single-factor and U12 (124) uniform design experiments were made. Results showed that when Se-adding was 10mg/L, but once it exceeded 50mg/L, the mycelium growth and enrichment of polysaccharides were obviously inhibited.By calculating with SPSS, regression models were obtained. When the yield of Se in mycelium reached the maximum, the efficiency of mycelium and polysaccharides were 1.32g/100mL and 0.444g/100mL with Se-adding 0.11mg/100mL, rice bran 7.5g/100mL and glucose 2.5g/100mL.
