Pork supply chain quality safety evaluation application of fuzzy-EAHP method

  • According to the complexity and ambiguity of quality safety factors of pork supply chain, this paper established the evaluation system and mathematics model of quality security guarantee abilities of pork supply chain based on key indicators affecting its quality safety and fuzzy extension analytic hierarchy process (EAHP) , and adopted the character values of quality safety to describe quantitatively its the guarantee abilities grades of quality safety, and applied AHP and extension theory to analyze quantificationally the framework weights of evaluation layers and establish the membership function of the evaluation index based on the matter element model of the expert validities according to expert experiences.The membership values of subsystems can be obtained by means of “from bottom to top” to form the guarantee abilities character values of quality and safety of pork supply chain.The paper evaluated the pork supply chain of certain livestock company as the fact examples, the evaluation results had shown that the guarantee abilities of quality safety located in better condition and answered for the actual instance, the evaluation model could reflect objectively the guarantee abilities of quality safety of pork supply chain and possesses important reference values to the monitoring of quality safety of pork supply chain.
