Optimization of cracking parameter of Ginkgo biloba kernel in the compression-loads

  • By using LDS-W10A computer-controlled electronic materials testing machine, the compression tests of Ginkgo in southwest China was conducted, and multi-objective duplicate orthogonal test with the broken force of Ginkgo, the energy consumption of its crushing and the broken rate of almonds as target parameters, from the factors of the compressed parts, compression loading rate and moisture content was conducted.Meanwhile the optimum technical parameter combination of Ginkgo Seeds' Shelling was achieved by using the comprehensive evaluation of the Membership-Degree Method and Least Significant Range (LSR) .The corresponding mathematical model was gotten by using the regression method.Results showed that when Ginkgo kernel of different moisture content was compressed in three different directions, all display the apparent elastic deformation and there was no obvious bioyield point, the compressed direction of Ginkgo kernel, compression rate, moisture content rate and comprehensive evaluation index were significantly correlated (p<0.05) .For the best quality of Ginkgo-shelling, the optimal level combination was as follows:the compressed direction of Y-axis, extrusion rate 55mm/min and moisture content rate 23.72% (w.b) .
