Preparation of α-tocopherol/mesoporous silica complex using supercritical carbon dioxide impregnation method

  • The mesoporous silica loaded with α-tocopherol was prepared using supercritical carbon dioxide impregnation technology.The complex of α-tocopherol and mesoporous silica was characterized.The effect of pressure, temperature and reaction time on α-tocopherol loading was studied.The results showed that α-tocopherol loading increased first and then decreased with increasing pressure and temperature at the constant of reaction time.The α-tocopherol loading reached 76.14% under the conditions of 35℃, 18MPa and reaction time of 1h.
