Optimization on carbons for fermenting Trehalose lipid

  • The purpose of this research was to optimize the fermentation carbons of Trehalose lipids produced by Dietzia cinnamea.7517 d.The results indicated that the best medium was as follows:10g/L of edible oil, 4g/L of maltose, 6g/L of yeast extract, 1g/L of K2HPO4·3H2O, 1g/L of KH2PO4, 0.5g/L of MgSO4·7H2O, 0.02g/L of CaCl2, 0.02g/L of FeCl3, pH7.2 ~ 7.4.Based on the optimization medium, the yield of the biosurfactant was 756.4mg/L, 9.4 times more than the preliminary preparation, and reduce the cost. The hydrophobic carbon (edible oil) was more conducive to the fermentation of trehalose lipids than the hydrophilic carbon (maltose) .
