克罗诺杆菌在特殊环境中耐受性与耐药性的研究进展

Research Progress of Tolerance and Drug Resistance of Cronobacter in Special Enviroments

  • 摘要: 克罗诺杆菌是一种严重威胁婴幼儿健康的食源性致病菌,主要通过婴幼儿食品传播,易使婴幼儿患上如脑膜炎、坏死性小肠结肠炎等致死性疾病。克罗诺杆菌可在干燥、高温等不适合微生物存活的环境中生存,为详细了解克罗诺杆菌在特殊环境中的特性,本文从克罗诺杆菌的耐干燥性、耐热性、耐酸碱性以及耐药性的角度介绍了其目前的研究进展,研究结果将对食品生产尤其是婴幼儿食品生产的安全、临床治疗上提供医学方法,从而保障人类的健康具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: Cronobacter is a food-borne pathogen which seriously threatens the health of infants. It is mainly transmitted through infant foods,which may cause infants to suffer from fatal diseases such as meningitis and necrotizing enterocolitis. Cronobacter can survive in special environments such as dryness,high temperature and so on where are generally not viable for microorganisms. In order to understand the characteristics of Cronobacter in special environments,the current progress on Cronobacter from the perspectives of drought resistance,heat resistance,acid-base tolerance and drug resistance is introduced in this paper. And this is of great significance for the safety of food production,especially the production of food for infants,and the provision of medical methods for clinical treatment to ensure human health.
