葛根多糖及其结构与活性关系的研究进展

Advances in Pueraria lobata Polysaccharide and Relationship of Its Structure and Activity

  • 摘要: 多糖作为葛根主要活性成分之一,具有抗氧化、调节免疫、降脂降糖、解酒保肝等多种生理功能。本文从提取工艺、理化性质和结构特征及生物活性等方面,对近年来国内外关于葛根多糖的研究进行总结,并首次对葛根多糖构效关系进行了归纳概括,其活性与糖醛酸含量、糖苷键类型、取代基和单糖组成等有关。主要以链结构发挥活性作用的葛根多糖,其支链长度及链的分支度会对活性产生何种影响有待于进一步研究,未来若能通过结构修饰的方法增强葛根多糖的活性对葛根资源进一步的开发有促进意义。

     

    Abstract: As one of the main active ingredients of Pueraria lobata,polysaccharide has many physiological functions such as anti-oxidation,immune regulation,lipid-lowering and hypoglycemic,hangover and liver protection. In this paper,from the aspects of extraction technology,physical and chemical properties,structural characteristics and biological activity,the research on the polysaccharides of Pueraria lobata were summarized in recent years,and the structure-activity relationship of Pueraria lobata polysaccharides was summarized for the first time. Its activity is related to the content of uronic acid,the type of glycosidic bond,the substituent and the composition of monosaccharide. The effect of the length of branch and the branching degree of the Pueraria lobata polysaccharides,which are mainly active in the chain structure,on the activity needs further study. In the future,if the activity of Pueraria lobata polysaccharide can be enhanced by structural modification,it will promote the further development of Pueraria lobata resources.
