神仙草对高脂诱导大鼠血脂及血液流变学的影响

Effects of Mesona chinensis extract on blood lipid and hemorheology in hyperlipidemic rats

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨神仙草对高脂诱导大鼠血脂、血流变指标的影响。方法:选取SD大鼠50只随机分为5组,空白对照组给予普通饲料喂养,其余各组给予高脂饲料喂养,建立大鼠高脂血症模型;各组按规定每天灌胃给药8周后,测定血清血脂水平及血液流变学指标。结果:与模型组相比,神仙草高、低剂量组能明显降低模型大鼠总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)指标(p<0.05),升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(p<0.05),能使全血高切、中切、低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数(IEA)显著降低(p<0.05),能显著提高超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性,降低血清中丙二醛(MDA)含量(p<0.05),通过检测大鼠血清中谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GPT)指标,显示神仙草提取物不会引起肝脏损伤。结论:神仙草提取物能有效提高机体脂质代谢能力,降低血脂,改善血流变异常指标。

     

    Abstract: Objective:To explore the effect of Mesona chinensis extract on blood lipld and hemorheologic parameters in rats with high fat. Methods:50 SD rats were radomly divided into 5 groups,and the rats in blank control group were fed with normal diet,and the rats in other groups were given fat diet to induce hyperlipidemia. After 8 weeks of oral administration,serum lipid levels and hemorrheologic indexes were measured. Results:Compared with the model group,the levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were dcreased significantly(p<0.05),and highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were icreased(p<0.05)in Mesona chinensis extract groups. Meanwhile,high-middle and low-shear while blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,index of erythrocytic aggregation(IEA)were decreased significantly(p<0.05)in Mesona chinensis extract groups. The levels of super-oxide dismutase(SOD)were increased significantly(p<0.05)and the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)were decreased significantly(p<0.05)in Mesona chinensis extract groups. The results showed that Mesona chinensis extract were not caused liver damage by detecting the glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease(GOT)and glutamic-py-ruvic transaminase(GPT). Conclusion:Mesona chinensis extract could effectively improve lipid metabolism,reduce blood lipid and improve hemorheological index.
