Bioactivities and applications of collagen tripeptides:A review

  • 摘要: 胶原是自然界含量最丰富的蛋白质,深入挖掘胶原资源和提升其利用价值具有重要意义。胶原三肽(CTPs)是胶原水解后得到的由三个氨基酸组成的小肽,具有多种生物活性和较高的应用价值。本文从胶原三肽的种类和吸收特性、胶原三肽的生物活性、胶原三肽的应用等方面进行了阐述,以期为进一步促进胶原资源高附加值开发和应用推广提供思路。

     

    Abstract: Collagen is the most abundant protein in nature. Researching deeply and improving collagen value are meaningful. Collagen tri-peptides(CTPs),containing of three amino acids,are derived from hydrolysation of collagen and have lots of bioactivities and relatively high application value. The type of CTPs and their absorption,bioactivities,and applications are reviewed in this article. We hope this review can benefit for the value-added development of collagen and widely application of CTPs.
