Abstract:
Purpose:To meet the special demand of essential fatty acids for parturient, the ratio of fatty acids and the blend process were optimized in this study. Method:Corn oil and linseed oil were used as raw materials, and the content of fatty acid of corn oil and linseed oil was determinate by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). And then, the ratio of fatty acids and the blend factors were optimized by mathematical model and orthogonal experimental. Result:The formulation of parturient corn blend oil was optimized by mathematical model, which was consisted of 80% corn oil and 20% linseed oil. Meanwhile, the parturient corn blend oil contained five kinds of fatty acids, including palmitic acid(3.24±0.06) g/100 g,oleic acid(21.03±0.36) g/100 g,linoleic acid(41.52±0.31) g/100 g,linolenic acid(9.93±0.19) g/100 g and arachidic acid(0.79±0.02) g/100 g.The optimal process of parturient blend oil was obtained by the results of single factor and orthogonal test, which displayed as follows:20 min,30℃,75 r/min. The iodine value was(110.84±1.64) g/100 g,while the peroxide value was(1.876±0.037)mmol/kg. Conclusion:This ratio of fatty acids could meet the needs of ω-3 or the parturient better. The blend process was convenient and feasible, which could provide theoretical references for the Industrial production.
