Abstract:
In order to explore the demand for carbon and nitrogen sources of
Candida parapsilosis during the growth and metabolism, the charge and utilization of carbon and nitrogen sources at different stages of fermentation were determined, and a blank control group and four different periods of glucose supplement test groups were set up. The biomass and mannitol yield of each experiment group were measured respectively. The research showed that it was the optimal time to adding oligosaccharide when fermented for 72 h,and the yield of mannitol reached the maximum value 60.28 g/L which increased by 19.82% compared with the control group. Through the study of the sugar supplement process, when the nitrogen and sugar source was used up,the addition of glucose can promote the production of mannitol. This study provided a theoretical basis for the future industrial production.
