Abstract:
Dioxin-like chemicals are among the high toxic and persistent organic pollutants(POPs),which can accumulate in the food chain and cause food safety problems and has shown many serious harmful effects on human health. Therefore, the analysis, screening and control of dioxin-like chemicals in food samples have been drawn increasingly attentions by researchers in recent years. This review summarized the relevant literatures about poison mechanisms of dioxin-like chemicals, the basic principle, advantages and disadvantages of several analytical methods to detect dioxin-like compounds and the latest research on analytical methods of polychlorinated dibenzo-p-dioxins/polychlorinated dibenzo-furans(PCDD/Fs)and dioxin-like polychlorinated biphenyls(dl-PCBs)and put forward the recommendations and prospects for the development of dioxin analysis and monitoring in China was also summarized in this paper.
