黄曲霉毒素B1降解菌活性产物的提取及其应用性质研究

摘要: 对嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌Stenotrophomonas sp.42-2降解黄曲霉毒素B1的活性产物进行了提取,并对其应用性质进行了初步研究。结果表明,活性物质主要来自菌株Stenotrophoonas sp.42-2胞外的代谢产物,采用65%硫酸铵沉淀的活性物质的降解能力最强,其分子量大于30 k Da。该活性物质最适应用条件为:反应温度为40℃,p H为8.0,反应时间为72 h,Mg2+、Cu2+对活性物有激活作用,Fe2+对其有抑制作用。Abstract: A bioactive product from Stenotrophomonas sp.42-2 could degrade aflatoxin B1 ( AFB1) .The extraction and applied properties of the bioactive product were studied in this paper.AFB1 was effectively degraded by extracellular bioactive product from Stenotrophomonas sp.42-2.The degradation ability of the bioactive product was optimum in the 65% saturated ammonium sulfate.The molecular mass of the bioactive product was greater than 30 k Da.The bioactive of the product was optimal at p H8.0and at 40 ℃.Its optimal reaction time was 72 h. The activity of the bioactive product was enhanced in the presence of Mg2+, Cu2+.And Fe2+was able to inhibit the bioactivity of the extracellular product.
