Abstract:
Hydrophilic molecularly imprinted polymers for sulfamethazine were synthesized by bulk polymerization method with sulfamethazine ( SMZ) as the template molecule, methacrylate as the functional monomer, hydroxyethyl methacrylate as hydrophilic functional monomers, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate and 3- ( trimethoxysilyl) propyl acrylate as the cross-linker, azobisisobutyronitrileas the initiator. The adsorption capacity of the imprinted polymer to the template molecule can reach11.37 mg/g. The adsorption capacity of the smectic polymer to the sulfonamides in the selective experiment was significantly larger than that of the competitor. The results showed that the hydrophilic molecularly imprinted polymers had a higher affinity and selectivity for 7 sulfonamides ( sulfamethazine, sulfadiazine, sulfamethoxazole, sulfonamidoxazole, sulfathiazole, sulfa p-methoxyprimidine, sulfamethoxypyrimidine) . At the same time, solid phase extraction coupling to high performance liquid chromatography ( HPLC) were used to detect trace sulfonamides in pork. The results showed that the detection limits of 7 kinds of sulfonamides were 1.7
4.5 μg/L and the recoveries were 73.9%
85.4%.The method was simple, convenient and sensitive.
