微波辅助双水相提取绿茶中茶多酚的研究

Study on extracting tea polyphenols from green tea by microwave assisted aqueous two-phase systems

  • 摘要: 采用微波辅助乙醇-磷酸氢二钾双水相体系提取绿茶中的茶多酚,对乙醇体积分数、磷酸氢二钾用量、提取时间、液料比和微波功率等影响因素作了详细研究与优化。实验结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数50%,磷酸氢二钾用量7.0 g,液料比50 m L·g-1,微波功率370 W,提取时间30 s,在此条件下,茶多酚得率可达38.98%。研究结果可应用于绿茶中茶多酚的提取和绿茶品质分析。 

     

    Abstract: Tea polyphenols were extracted from green tea by the method of microwave assisted ethanol-dipotassium hydrogen phosphate aqueous two-phase system. The effects of factors such as the alcohol amount, the amount of dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, the extraction time, the ratio of solvent and material, and the microwave power on extraction of tea polyphenols were investigated and optimized.The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: volume fraction of ethanol 50%, the ratio of solvent and material 50 m L·g-1, the microwave power 370 W, the extraction time 30 s.Under the optimized conditions, the yield of tea polyphenols was 38.98%.The research result can be applied to the extraction of tea polyphenols in green tea and green tea quality analysis.
